While using any of the payment methods available on our website, Shakha shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage arising from any of the following circumstances:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction(s)
• Exceeding the preset limit agreed between you and your bank(s)
• Payment failures or technical issues during transaction processing
• Decline of transaction for any reason whatsoever

All payments made for purchases or services through shakha by ishaan shall be in accordance with the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) displayed on the website, and processed securely through a trusted third-party payment gateway.

Payment Gateway

Currently, Shakha uses PayPal as its third-party online payment gateway for transactions. Customers can make payments electronically using a credit or debit card, subject to PayPal’s terms of service in your country.

By proceeding with a payment via PayPal or any third-party service, you agree to be bound by their User Agreement, Seller Terms & Conditions, and any other relevant policies applicable to your activity.

We are also evaluating integration with other payment platforms such as Razorpay to improve transaction experience. Updates will be reflected here accordingly.
