Returns & Exchange Policy

At Shakha, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free. We are with you every step of the way—before and after your purchase. Please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

Purchase Policy

• Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please refer to the size chart before making a purchase.
• Products bought using coupons or gift vouchers are not eligible for return or refund.
• Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Goods sold during sale periods are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please return it along with your order number.
• After receiving the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement.
• Please make a full video while opening the parcel in its original condition. Without this video evidence, no claims for missing products, return, or exchange will be accepted.

Return Policy

• We do not accept returns on sold items unless eligible for size or style exchange (subject to terms below).
• If your return is accepted, you will receive a gift card valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• If the requested item is out of stock, a gift card will be issued in its place.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
• Please include your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and the size/style needed with the return parcel.
• Exchange is allowed once per order.
• Style exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value. Partial value exchanges are not allowed.
• Customers are responsible for self-shipping the item back to us. The replacement will be sent once we receive the item.

Refund Policy

• We do not issue refunds on any sold item.
• Only a gift card (valid for 3 months) will be issued in case of an approved return.

Cancellation Policy

• Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
• COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Information

• We do not offer international (worldwide) shipping.
• Domestic delivery within India takes approximately 8–14 working days.
